Department consists of 10 different vibrant groups, involved in research on different sectors Microbiology lead by faculty members. Their research involves Molecular Pathogenesis and Multi-Drug Resistance (MDR), Industrial Microbiology and biotechnology, Food Safety and Epidemiology, Medical & Clinical Microbiology, Immunology and Cytotoxicity, Bioprocessing and Metabolic Engineering and many more.
